As we look forward to a new decade, we can look back on 2019 as the year that laid the foundations for our solar-powered future in the 20s.
The HIT Energy Services offices now proudly display awards won by our hard-working team over the past 12 months.
Most impressively, beating larger companies in winning innovation of the year at the Lincolnshire Business Awards.
There was also a silver at the UK’s biggest agriculture show, Lamma at Birmingham’s NEC, and further honours at the Technology and Innovation Awards.
HIT Energy Services is now truly U.K.-wide – we look after more than 100 sites in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, this totals tens of thousands of solar panels.
That’s enough to power 2,500 homes, but is only the tip of the iceberg.
More and more farmers, landowners, businesses and organisations are joining us each week, with our solar health checks and monitoring saving them thousands of pounds.
HIT Energy Services has teamed up with some of the UK’s biggest agricultural, buying and energy groups in the last year to assist farming groups large and small with their solar PV assets.
But there are still thousands of people out there whose solar panels have aged and are losing them money by underperforming.
In the coming year, we will meet many national shows demonstrating our unique solar PV monitoring platform.
Our mission in the 2020s is to increase our portfolio further to keep the nation solar powered.
