We are a group of engineers, who work around the U.K., helping businesses, farmers and landowners to generate their own electricity.
To help us co-ordinate these efforts, we are looking for admin assistance to work in our Lincoln head office.
You will need to be proactive and reactive, speaking with our customers and organising engineering tasks for the team to undertake around the U.K. on solar panels and systems.
The role will involve general office duties including
Answers general emails/calls and postal correspondence with customers and suppliers
Processes expenses and invoices
Files and archives accurate records
Working along side engineers using CRM system
Open new customer accounts and contracts
Arranges travel and accommodation plans for engineers when required
Prepare weekly and monthly reports
Most of all though, we are looking for a committed team player, who can also work independently and help us build our exciting business.
