Top 50 tech companies
Our innovation could appear on a prestigious list
We have been shortlisted for inclusion on a list of the top 50 tech companies in the Midlands.
More than 100 innovative start-ups, scale-ups and established firms are in the running to appear.
Those that make it on to BusinessCloud’s Midlands Tech 50 for 2020 will be decided through a combination of public votes and the views of a judging panel.
“We provide a service like nobody else, using our pioneering technology to keep the U.K. solar-powered,” said Simon Hopkins of HIT Energy Services.
“It is not only saving businesses thousands of pounds, but helping to keep solar as the green, reliable energy of the present and future.
“It would be amazing if all the effort that has gone into developing our products is recognised with a place in this prestigious list.”
From our base in Lincolnshire, we monitor thousands of sites across the U.K. and Ireland, owned by farmers, businesses and landowners.
We know how much energy system should be generating every hour, and if it ever drops below that level, we are notified through our smart sensors.
This means we can send an engineer out to fix a problem before it becomes an issue and starts affecting performance.
Simon added: “We are a small business who began by helping those that had technology installed when it was in its infancy, and struggled to find someone to help when it aged or stopped generating as well.
“The beauty of our technology is that through our communication panel, we can monitor a site anywhere and know exactly how it should be performing at all times.
“With our new base recently opening at Lincoln University, we can continue to innovate and help as many farmers, business, land and home owners generate as much solar energy as possible.”
You can help us make the list by voting for us before Monday September 13.
The results will then be announced at the end of the year.
